I had a great experience with Windsor Care Sacramento last week. One of our immediate family members was there and we had a chance to visit him. The administrator and all the healthcare providers treat us very nicely. We see the warming and family atmosphere around us. And we know our loved one is in good hands. Thank you for all your help! My grandma was always happy with your dedicated service. We love all the nurses, especially the DON and her Assistant Social Worker. What can I say? They are both very nice, professional and explain every detail. We are sorry that my sister wasn’t nice to you initially. She was so worried and scared about my grandma. We can’t thank enough for your caring, patience with us and politeness with my sister. You both are angels that God sent to us. Thank you. We love you and appreciate you a lot.

The staff are caring for a wide variety of residents, most of which are elderly and memory challenged. The amount of patience, understanding, and continued need of change is so necessary and important to get through a day. Team work is a must. My mom has been there over a year and is now walking around independently and seems to have added years to her life. The facility is locked so she can now walk inside and out. Thank you team Sacramento!
